Rates are billed to students per semester. Students who apply for fall housing will sign a full-year contract.
First-year students living in the residence halls and all students living in Wallace, Theophilus Tower, North Campus Communities and McConnell are required to have a meal plan. Meal plan information can be found on the .

Each room includes one twin XL bed, one vanity with sink, wardrobe, dresser, desk and chair. Restrooms are located in the middle of each floor. Rooms are located on a single-gender floors. All residence hall rooms include a mini-fridge and microwave.
